Sleek Wax (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to ensuring quality in every product. This Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy explains your rights, our processes, and obligations regarding order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds when using our services (“Services”).

1. Order Cancellations

1.1 Before Shipping

·         You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if the order has not been processed or shipped.

1.2 After Shipping

·         Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. You may return them after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.

1.3 Cancellation Confirmation

·         All cancellations will be confirmed via email.

·         Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


2. Returns

2.1 Eligibility

·         Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery.

·         Used or opened products—including wax products, strips, or applicators—are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2.2 How to Initiate a Return

·         Your order number

·         Photo of the product

2.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

·         Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging if items are damaged or incorrect.


2A. Exchange Policy

2A.1 Eligibility for Exchange

·         Exchanges are allowed only for unused and unopened products.

·         Products must be returned in original packaging with all seals intact.

·         Used or opened items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene and safety regulations.

2A.2 Exchange Window

·         You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2A.3 Exchange for Damaged or Wrong Items

·         If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will exchange it at no additional cost.

·         You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

2A.4 How to Initiate an Exchange

·         Order number

·         Reason for exchange

·         Clear photos of the product

2A.5 Exchange Process

·         Once the return is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

·         Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.


3. Refunds

3.1 Processing

·         Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

·         Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3.2 Partial Refunds

·         Partial refunds may be granted if products are partially used, damaged, or do not meet return eligibility criteria.

5.1 Processing Times

·         Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect depending on payment provider policies.

5.2 Shipping Costs

·         Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or exchange is due to our error.

·         All return, exchange, cancellation, and refund requests must be sent via email.

5.4 No Sale of Personal Data
